We realise that over time preferences, styles and sizes can change, what’s perfect now might not be in the future. That is why when you purchase any Tungsten, Titanium, Wood, Damascus or Black Zirconium ring from ETRNL you have the option to replace your ring as often and as many times as you would like for only $50 No Hassles and No Worries.
Email us at support@etrnl.com.au and include the following information for your ring replacement.
- Full Name
- Phone
- Order # (if possible)
- Model of the replacement ring you would like like
- Ring Size
When we receive your request please allow 48 hrs for us to generate your unique replacement code. We will then send you your code to order your replacement ring through our website. Your discount will be applied at checkout.
If you wish to obtain a style which is more expensive than your original purchase, the price difference between the new style and your original order style will be due in addition to the $50 replacement cost.
For all Gold or Tantalum rings additional costs apply, please get in touch with our friendly team to discuss your options if if you require a replacement.
